With experience as a Forward Deployed Software Engineer at Palantir and Bloomberg, David specializes in AI-driven solutions and scalable software infrastructure. He brings deep expertise in data science, and AI, ensuring Amaretto Partners leverages cutting-edge technology to connect clients with ideal investors and partners, driving transformative results.

As Head of US Acquisitions at Skyway Equities, he has led deal flow and underwriting, overseeing acquisitions and facilitating construction and permanent loans. Previously, at The Karten Organization, he managed underwriting for a large-scale mixed-use development. His background includes experience in market research, financial modeling, and investment analysis across multiple asset classes. A Columbia and USC graduate with a specialization in real estate development and finance, Isidore brings a strategic, data-driven approach to investment and asset growth.
